- Description
- The US Army, CECOM Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command is seeking potential sources for the production of SINGARS Mounts and Ancillary Items. This contract will span from Fiscal Year (FY) 10- FY 15. First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this requirement. Vendors who have produced these items before may be able to obtain a waiver from doing the First Article Testing. The Government will provide SINCGARS radios, and three types of Mounts as Government Furnished Property(GFP), for Information only. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Suppliers capable of manufacturing these items in accordance with the Governments requirements within the required delivery schedule shall respond electronically. The response should include an introductory description (unclassified) outlining a viable approach that meets the Governments needs and should address production and surge capabilities. Any interested source shall provide prices for all quantities. All vendors must submit pricing with FAT and without FAT.(see attached spreadsheet). Submit one (1) electronic copy to the CECOM LCMC Logistics and Readiness Center (LRC) to Mr. Lyonnel Eugene at Lyonnel.Eugene@us.army.mil. The drawings for this requirement will be posted on the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP). In addition, a spreadsheet with a list of the NSNs for this procurement along with their delivery schedules and range quantities will also be posted on the IBOP. All parties who are interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access the drawings and the NSN spreadsheet from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. All information must be submitted and received no later than 15 January 2010. This is a market survey requesting information only. The submission of this information is for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received.
