- Uniform Rental and Laundry ServicesPuerto Rico National Cemetery, Bayamon Puerto Rico The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. RFP VA-786-10-RP-0057 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to provide uniform rental and laundry services to include uniforms, pick-up soiled uniforms and deliver cleaned-ironed uniforms for approximately 21 employees at the Puerto Rico National Cemetery located at #50 Avenida Cemeterio Nacional, Bayamon Puerto Rico 00961-3887. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work, terms and conditions of the contract. The period of performance shall be for one base year, January 4, 2010 - September 30, 2010, with four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is for Full and Open Competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Charisse James, Contract Specialist in writing at charisse.james@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about December 22, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., December 28, 2009. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. Electronic quotes will be accepted provided all documents required by the solicitation are received with the bidder's electronic signature by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., December 28, 2009 at charisse.james@va.gov. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA-786-10-RA-0057 on all remittances and electronic correspondences. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation, which are available at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. See Numbered Note 1.
