THIS SOLICITATION INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2005-06. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED.******This is a solicitation for Services of Grounds Maintenance, U. S. Coast Guard Housing Facility, Eureka, California. The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor fully qualified in the area of Grounds Maintenance. Contractor is required to provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for this project. Work to be done includes mowing, edging, bush and hedge trimming, tree trimming, weed control, street sweeping and debris removal at the U.S. Coast Guard Housing Facility, Eureka, CA. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the applicable size standard is $ 7.0 million.******DESCRIPTIVE REQUIREMENTS: Specification for Grounds Maintenance is provided with this combined Synopsis/Specification.
