PRON: D10T5003D1, NSN: 6020-01-358-9728, PN: 13284062, Quantity: 25, applicable to the TARGETS System. FOB Destination, delivery to Fort Bliss, TX. Government Quality Verification is required. Production Lead time is 25 each 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. No offers other than Small Business concerns will be considered responsive. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
