- 1. The contractor shall provide and deliver natural spring drinking water in 5 gallon Demi-John bottles and two (2) dispensing units capable of dispensing hot and cold water to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caven Point Marine Base, 3 Chapel Avenue, Port Liberty, Jersey City, NJ 07305. The contractor shall provide a total of 120 - 5 gallon bottles per year delivered at a rate of ten (1) bottles per month. The contractor shall provide hot and cold water cups as needed. The contractor will be required to clean the water dispensing units on a regular basis or when requested, at no additional charge. 2. The period of service will be for 12 months, commencing 1 February 2010 and ending 31 January 2011. There will be 4 option years commencing 1 February 2011, 1 February 2012, 1 February 2013, and 1 February 2014 each option year ending on 31 January of the following year.
