- A002: Questions and Responses RFQ-CO2010510001 A002: Question and Response: 1. Please explain what is meant by "Contractors Insurance," what needs to be covered and what level of coverage is required. Response: See combined synopsis/solicitation - Defense Base Act Insurance and Medical Evacuation Insurance - FAR 52.228-3 the Level of coverage varies depending on risk factor in country. 2. The contractor's response date for this RFQ is December 21, 2009. Deliverables are due on or around March 31, 2010. What does USTDA anticipate will be the date a decision will be made and the effect date of contract award? Response: Time frame is usually two weeks after solicitation close. 3. On the Offeror Cost Sheet for Definitional Missions, What is meant by "labor category" in cell B2 in the worksheet attached below? Everyone proposed to work on this contract provides professional services. Is a brief description sufficient (e.g., technical review, financial analysis) or are there code numbers or other standard descriptions? Response: Labor category means your breakdown of cost for trips and final report preparations. A brief description pertaining to how (technical review,financial analysis) it would benefit this solicitation would be the best approach, no code numbers.
