- This is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Movement Tracking System. The Government seeks industry input for a follow-on to the current MTS contract that expires 12 July 2010. The purpose of this draft RFP is to elicit from industry, those demonstrated, commercial, state of the art technologies that will meet MTS requirements. It does not constitute a final RFP or a promise to issue a final RFP in the future. Responses to this notice shall not be construed as offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this draft RFP. All costs associated with responding to this draft RFP will be solely at the interested partys expense. Not responding to this draft RFP will not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued.
