Bldg C-5332, C-5535, & C-5934 This Task Order is to survey, analyze field data, prepare engineering design drawings and specifications, install equipment or complete repairs per the approved design. The Contractor shall furnish the materials and labor required for repairing or replacing HVAC equipment and Direct Digital Controls in Building C-5332, C-5535, C-5934, & 3-2232 at Ft. Bragg, NC. The contractor shall reuse existing duct and piping where practical. The contractor is responsible for the demo of existing convertors, piping as needed in mechanical room, install on heating HW boiler (outdoors), gas piping, water piping, pumps, controls, insulation and gas lines from meter. The contractor shall be responsible for the install and testing as specified in Attachment 4 and 5. All surveys will be coordinated with Ft. Bragg maintenance personnel. Bldg 3-2232, This Task Order is to survey, analyze field data, prepare engineering design drawings and specifications, install equipment or complete repairs per the approved design. The Contractor shall furnish the materials and labor required for installing Ground Source Heat Pump in Building 3-2232 at Ft. Bragg, NC. The contractor shall install Geothremal Heat Pump and all piping and ductwork necessary for completion of work. The contractor shall be responsible for the install and testing s specified in Attachment 4 and 5. All surveys will be coordinated with Ft. Bragg maintenance personnel.
