- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): UMCS III W912DY-09-D-0035 through W912DY-09-D-0042 This opportunity is available only to the following Contractor, Siemens Government Services, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0039. Pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source this project this being sole sourced to Siemens Government Systems. The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment labor and supervision required to install new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) in multiple buildings, integrating them into the existing proprietary Siemens Apogee Building Automation System (BAS), located at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia. The new controls, wiring, conduit, enclosures, programming and new graphics generation shall complete a fully functional and usable system.
