- 1. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Directorate of Contracting (DOC), Fort Lewis, Washington intends to solicit proposals for a contractor to provide MOBILE SHOWER TRAILER OPERATIONS for Fort Lewis, Washington. A complete Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number is W911S8-10-R-0006. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price requirements contract. The applicable NAICS code is 532299 All Other Consumer Goods Rental, and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This procurement is set aside for small business. 3. The anticipated contract period is a base year plus one (1) one-year option period. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/ and the solicitation will also be posted on the Fort Lewis Directorate of Contracting website, http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc/, under Solicitations. The tentative solicitation issue date is 15 January 2010 and the anticipated closing date is 15 February 2010. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and ensure that the applicable NAICS code 532299 is included in the CCR profile prior to submission of proposals. 6.
