- The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain multiple medical services in the areas of gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Urology and Dermatology at the Fargo VA Medical Center, 2101 Elm Street, Fargo ND 58102 for a period of one (1) year with four (4) option years to be exercised at the governments discretion. These awards may be for one, or multiple line items. NAICS code 621111 applies with a size standard of $ $10 million. This solicitation will be unrestricted. The solicitation number for the RFP is VA-263-10-RP-0039. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 1st, 2010 with an anticipated due date of January 19, 2010. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading all documents, including amendments, from this website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
