The Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, Sierra Vista Branch at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, acting as the contracting agent for the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) is issuing this BAA for research and development efforts in the area of Searchable Toner and Printing Inks Library for Forensic Identification and Linking of Printed Fraudulent Documents.
