- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for courier services to be provided between the VA Medical Center (VAMC), Marion, IL to the Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Evansville, IN; Vincennes, IN; Effingham, IL; and Mt. Vernon, IL and return to the VAMC Marion each workday. Contractor shall provide all labor, vehicles, equipment and personnel to transport laboratory specimens and supplies. Contract will be for a base period of one year, anticipated to begin February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011, with option to renew 4 additional one year periods This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Offers will be evaluated on price and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for quotation will be available on or about December 18, 2009. Due Date for receipt of offers is January 15, 2010, 4:00 p.m. (local time). Anticipated award date is January 25, 2010.
