- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This option is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The work will take place at the Robert Denney Federal Building, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, NE under Contract GS-06P-07-GYD-0042 which is a CMc IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract for the Nebraska geographic area. The project has been awarded to Boyd Jones Construction Company, 4360 Nicholas Street, Omaha, NE 68131. The Federal Supply Code is Z111, the North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 (Maintenance, Repair and Alteration of Real Property) and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Mod PO03 is hereby issued to exercise Option 6 of the contract for construction phase services for the ARRA portion of the contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $2,181,000. Work under this option includes, but is not limited to: cooling tower replacement with VFD's, chiller upgrade with VFD's, VFD's for CHW and CW primary pumps.
