- JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration lease that is expiring in Savannah, GA at the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport. The Government requires 7,086 rentable square feet of space. The space must be located on airport property. All services, supplies, utilities, and partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
