- RECOVERY - CARRIZO NATIVE SEED PLANTING under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ALL CONTRACTORS IN THE OPEN MARKET WHOM ARE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTING REGISTER (CCR), WITH NAICS CODE 115112 SIZE STANDARD 7M. The Bureau of Land Management Bakersfield Office, Bakersfield, CA has a requirement to plant 500 acres of native grass seed, supplied by the Bureau of Land Management. The project is located within the Carrizo Plain National Monument, eastern San Luis Obispo County, California. It is the intent of the government to award a small business set aside contract. The solicitation number will be L10PS01800. The solicitation L10PS01800 will be available on or about Friday December 18, 2009, and can be downloaded from https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect/ Receipt of award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
