- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement for a total Annual Demand Quantity of 96 each under project Number is IQC09244009052 for National Stock Number (NSN) 2915-01-215-3557 to procure a Nozzle 7 Probe Assembly, Augmentor Fuel Dump, {19F} Eagle F-15 Aircraft. The solicitation contains a firm fixed price for a 1 year base with an additional 4- (1) one-year term option periods at the best interest of the Government. Variation in quantity is +/- 0%. Configuration Control Applies. Delivery terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Contractor's FAT and Production Lot Testing applies for 1TE=3 ea. The required delivery schedule is with contractor's FAT is 416 DARO. The OEM for this item is United Technologies Corp, Pratt & Whitney Div CAGE {52661} under part number 4063761 with one approved source of supply, Kreisler Industrial Corp CAGE {05813} under part number 4063761 Unrestricted procedures are utilized under the guidelines of Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1). This is a Critical application Item. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
