- RECOVERY ACT ACTION THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OFFICE OF SCIENCE POLICY ANALYSIS (OSPA), SUPPORT UNDER NET ESOULTIONS CORPORATION (DUNS #010639917) CONTRACT NUMBER HHSN-276-2009-00352U. In accordance with FAR Part 5.7 Publicizing Requirements Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) this is a notification of a modification to an existing, competitively awarded fixed priced delivery order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. The contract is for IT Professional Project Support Services and was previously competed and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 8.402 Federal Supply Schedules. It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to modify contract number HHSN-276-2009-00352U with NET ESolutions Corporation (DUNS #010639917). Currently the vendor maintains and enhances the Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tool (RePORT) Web-Site Development for the Office Extramural Research, that is designed to accommodate NIH and DHHS research grants programs and initiatives. As a result of ARRA funding these funds will be in direct support of the NIH Grants Management System activities required for NIH & ARRA funded grants. The purpose of this modification is to provide the Office of the Director, Office of Science Policy Analysis (OSPA) with a web-based support system to present to the public ARRA Investment Reports (AIRs) containing information on the research investments that NIH Institutes and Centers have made with ARRA Funds. A modified Statement of Work is attached. The activities and labor categories are within the scope of the existing contract and does not constitute new work. The contractor shall provide resources in quantities and timelines in accordance with, and as notified by, the current ordering processes of the Project Officer to meet agency demands for surge support. Labor Categories and Descriptions Below are the labor categories and descriptions from the existing master contract that may be required under this task order: Systems Engineer - Has professional training or education in areas relevant to the specific needs of the program. Performs activities associated with the design and development of software applications. Support Analyst - Has professional training or education in areas relevant to the specific needs of the program.
