- Solicitation for End Item: KC135 Aircraft, NSN 1560 00 335 8283, PR 0024458278, DOOR, ACCESS; Boeing, 81205, p/n 5-95803-11. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Quantity: 35 each with 100% option. This procurement is a restricted 100% small business set-aside. NAICS is 336413. This is a fully and openly competitive procurement after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 173 days ARO. This requirement contains provisions for an “Export Control” technical data package. Boeing Rights guard and mylars apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 11 December 2009.
