Description

Solicitation N00421-09-T-0029 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and description are: CLIN 0001 – Quantity 2 each, Part Number RF-5382H-CU001, 150W ANT CPL W/50 OHM PO R CLIN 0002 – Quantity 2 each, Part Number 12020-1460-A150, CABLE ASSY, PA TO COUPLE R CONTROL CLIN 0003 – Quantity 2 each, Part Number FR-5833H-PA003, FALCON II 150W PA W/COSI T CLIN 0004 – Quantity 1 each, Shipping and Handling to: St. Inigoes, MD 20684 Award is expected 14 December 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 02 December 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
