- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) DSSMZ00013 (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-37. (iv) The NAICS code is 541519, the size standard is 1000 employees.(v) Provide a price for the following: (vi) Base Year CLIN 0001: Advantech DVB-RCS Hub Maintenance (w/ODCs- Equipment Return to Vendor, RMA costs, etc.) for Landstuhl Germany Base Year POP 1/28/10 - 1/27/11. Option Year CLIN 1001: Advantech DVB-RCS Hub Maintenance for (w/ODCs- Equipment Return to Vendor, RMA costs, etc.) Landstuhl Germany for POP 1/28/11 - 1/27/12. (vii) Delivery Address: DISA/SSC, Attn: Gloria Witherspoon, 701 S. Courthouse Rd, Arlington VA 22204. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer.(ix) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 Alt1, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.217-8, 52.217-9, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.252-2.(x) The following DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7003, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, 252.247-7022 (access to clauses can be made via http://FARSITE.HILL.AF.MIL).
