- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration has a requirement for restroom renovations and ADA upgrades at the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Dayton, OH. Work will include demolishing and completely renovating the existing Men's and Women's restrooms on the second through ninth floors with full ADA accessible fixtures. Renovation of the restrooms will need to be phased so that working restrooms are available to occupants of the building during the duration of the renovation project.
