- Please see attached Word Doc for complete description. GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one (1) National Stock Number in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. This NSN is part of GSAs Dual Managed Program. Note that any order under a value of $50.00 will be shipped directly from depot Stock. Orders will be placed to awardee to replenish stock. If orders exceed $50.00 the awardee will be responsible for shipping directly to the customer (direct delivery). This allows for varied quantities and enhanced customer service. Yearly estimated dollar value estimates cannot be established at this time. All quotes for this RFQ are to be FOB destination. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses apply; 52.225-1-Buy American Act and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
