- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT769254A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37 14 Oct 09, Defense DCN 20091019, and AFAC 2009-1030 20091030. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337211. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7110. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2521. THIS WILL BE 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for a Display Cabinet according to the below criteria. CLIN 0001: Two (2) Wood Veneer Traditional Display Cases (Dark Cherry Veneer) minimum of 75 in wide, between 16 and 18 in depth, mininum of 72 inches in height, top canopy, bottom cabinet for storage and no metal. This display case should also include standard features of tempered glass, three adjustable shelves, locking sliding doors with center panel (plunger lock) dust resistant, inside lighting, wheels, and electrical cord with switch. CLIN 0002: Installation to include inside delivery to 4th Floor office, uncartoning, assembly, and dunnage removal. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
