- The Small Business Set Aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for outreach, admissions and career transition services for youth in the State of Wisconsin supporting the Job Corps Program is available Wednesday, December 9, 2009 as an attachment, on the World Wide Web at https://www.fbo.gov/. Job Corps is a program that targets disadvantaged and at-risk youth ages 16 through 24, and emphasizes long-term employability by providing educational and occupational skills training along with support services, in a residential setting. RFP DOLJ10RA00032 is to provide outreach and admissions for 532 arrivals from the State of Wisconsin in Year 1 and 654 arrivals from the State of Wisconsin in Years 2-5 and career transition services for 479 Job Corps youth returning to the State of Wisconsin in Year 1 and 608 Job Corps youth returning to the State of Wisconsin in Years 2-5. The resultant contract will cover the period August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2012, plus three Government unilateral option years. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held at 230 S. Dearborn, John J. Kluczynski Federal building, Office of Job Corps, 10th floor, Room 1098, on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. local time. We recommend that you download the RFP from our website prior to the conference and bring the RFP with you to the conference. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted in writing. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon), local time, on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, at the following address. U. S.
