- The Commodity Futures trading Commission (CFTC) currently utilizes Practice Manager as its case management program. CFTC intends to award a sole source contract to Automon, LLC 3025 South Parker Road, Aurora, CO for professional services to support the ongoing development of the Practice Manager case management system at CFTC. Automon is the developer of Practice Manager software and is uniquely qualified to trouble shoot and provide improvements to the licensed software. Services under the contract will include customization of the software to meet CFTC-specific requirements. Automon is the only known source who can provide these services without invalidating the manufacturer's warranty and maintenance agreements for this product. CFTC expects to award a one year contact with four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date identified above. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the source sole contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
