This acquisition shall be a total small business set-aside. The Contracting Officer has indicated the following clauses listed in FAR Clause 52.212-5 as applicable and are hereby incorporated by reference: (8) 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Aside (June 2003) Line Item 5 Reinstatement Fee is removed in its entirety. The Period of Performance is changed to read as follows: Period of Performance: 12 Months All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
