- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AMCOM Contracting Center, RDEC & FMS/HAWK/UGV Directorate, Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Division plans to Award a Firm Fix Price (FFP) contract for the AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This Procurement is for the Repair of one Indicator Altitude, NSN: 6610-01-452-6774; P/N: 7-511C10034-1. The Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) Effort will be requested initially. Upon completion of the TT&E the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Effort will be procured. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate to one source. The Government intends to award to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co. See FedBizOps Numbered Note 22.
