- Description
- Design is not required as the title suggests. This is a construction project only, due to 100% drawings provided by the Government. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials to construct a metal pre-engineered building addition adjacent to the existing visitor control center. This building will serve as an artifact storage facility (museum) for the 4th ID. This building will include display space, and office, storage /shop space, janitor closet, and a mechanical equipment room. The work includes excavation work to route a swale or ditch around the south and east end of the building and relocating a portion of the existing security fence. 100% design drawings will be provided in the solicitation to include the site plan, foundation plan, floor plan, reflected ceiling-lighting plan, building elevations and sections, HVAC plan, HVAC section, HVAC details, plumbing plan and schedules, plumbing details, electrical power, and communication! plan.
