- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office/Warehouse/Ware Yard Space Elko, NV The United States Government seeks to lease office and warehouse space consisting of approximately 6,785 rentable square feet in Elko, NV within the following delineated areas: Within the city limits of Elko, Nevada The space should yield between 5,900 and 6,490 ANSI BOMA usable square feet. The office/warehouse breakdown is as follows: approximately 1,100 usable square feet of office space and 1,800 usable square feet of warehouse space and 3,000 usable square of hanger space. A minimum of 4 surface parking spaces are required. In addition, the Government needs approximately 12,000 square feet of space for an adjacent, secured ware yard. The 3,000 square of hanger space is preferred but not mandatory. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space should be available for occupancy by January 2011. The Government will consider existing space and new construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
