- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Washington DC VA Medical Center (DC VAMC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Healthcare Solutions Group for an original equipment manufacturer service maintenance contract to support the Philips Medical Systems Physiological Monitoring, Telemetry and IntelliVue systems located at the DC VAMC which shall be performed by Philips service engineers and service providers who are clinical specialist trained in troubleshooting image quality problems. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than December 4, 2009 @ 2:00PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
