- PR NO: 0024466574– NSN: 5865-01-418-8760 – MAGAZINE DISPENSER – BAE SYSTEMS INFORMATION (19397) - P/N 148002-0002 – UTILIZED ON E-3A AWACS AND C-17A AIRLIFTER AIRCRAFT. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 210 each with a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 240 days (phased delivery acceptable). A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
