- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs Facilities within the Veterans Intergrated Service Network (VISN 7), is soliciting bids for Emergency (BLS/ALS) Ambulance and Litter/Stretcher service to and from, as well as in and around Dublin, GA. Performance must begin 1 February 2010. Contract type is Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Quantity contract and will be advertised in fedbizopps as a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set-a-side. NAICS code for this requisition is 621910 with a small business size of $7.0 million. The Government expects to award to a single contractor a base year, (there will be 4 option years). The solicitation will be available on or about November 25, 2009. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing Emergency (BLS/ALS) Ambulance and Litter/Stretcher service will be considered. There will be a one-time site visit at the Dublin VAMC on the December 4th at 1:00 PM. While attendance is highly encouraged it is not mandatory for proposal submission. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
