- PR 0024463429 RFP SPMA5-10-R-0157 NSN: 6220-01-271-4954, Light, Navigational, Aircraft in support of B1-B Aircraft. This is a Critical Application item produced in accordance with part number 30-0889-7, Approved source of supply is Grimes Aerospace Company cage code 72914, P/N 30-0889-7. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not legally available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for quantity of 36 each. FOB destination, Inspection & Acceptance at destination. Requested delivery is 215 days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Stock delivery location will be 24 each to Tracy, CA (W62G2T) and 12 each to New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). Solicitation may be available for issue on or about December 9, 2009 and will close on or about 2:00pm January 7, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP’s are in portable document format (PDF).
