- PRON: AX9Q0417AX. The Government has a requirement for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 25 each minimum to 270 each maximum of a BEZEL, INSTRUMENT MO, NSN: 6695-01-543-3937, Part Number: 67570A-01 applicable to the BX-OH-58D (KIOWA WARRIOR). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 25 each, 2d Year, 60 each, 3rd Year, 60 each, 4th Year, 60 each, and 5th Year, 65 each with deliveries to Tracy, CA. 95304-5000. The required delivery without First Article Testing is 25 each 200 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to EFW INC., Cage Code, 0WEC9. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
