- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUEST FOR QUOTES NUMBER W911SF-10-T-0001 This Request for quotes is a firm fixed price requirement to provide linen for the Directorate of Public Works, Housing Division Unaccompanied Personnel branch located at Fort Benning, GA. The government will award a single (all or none) contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and Berry Amendment compliant considered. For evaluation purposes Berry Amendment compliance is required. The linen requested items should be delivered no later than 15 January 2010. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 314129 and the size standard 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. This RFQ will be available on or about 23 November 2009 on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and the Federal Business Opportunities websites (http://www.acquisition.army.mil). It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to the request for proposal. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. All responsible offerors may submit proposals that, if timely received, will be considered by this Agency. All offers must be received no later than 02:00 P.M., 8 December 2009 (eastern standard time). OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Prior to quoting, vendors must complete online the Representations and Certifications. To do so requires CCR Registration, including an MPIN number. Instructions may be obtained, and required information may be entered, at (http://orca.bpn.gov ). REQUIRED CCR REGISTRATION: Prior to quoting, vendors must be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. By submission of a quote, a quoter acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance: and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. Refer to CCR clause (either 252.204-7004 or 52.204-7) Also, Federal Acquisition Registration (FAR) requires offerors to provide representations and certifications electronically via the BPN website at https:/www.bpn.orca/vendor as a prerequisite to receiving solicitation, to update the representations and certifications as necessary, but at least annually, to keep them current, accurate, and complete, and to make changes that affect only one solicitation by completing the appropriate sections of either paragraph (j) of FAR provision 52.212-3 or FAE provision 52.204-8, whichever is included in the solicitation.
