- Office of Acquisition / Government-wide Point of Entry Synopsis Information of Intent to Acquire Using Other than Full and Open Competition Date: November 24, 2009 Action: Announcement of Intent to Acquire Using Other than Full and Open Competition Program Title: TSA Support Services / Operations and Maintenance [O&M] Solicitation Number: 2110200CIO453 Program Office: TSA Office of Information Technology PSC Code: D399 - Other ADP and Telecommunications Services NAICS Code: 517911 - Telecommunications Resellers Contracting Office Address: Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Headquarters TSA, 601 S. 12th Street TSA-25, 10th FL, Arlington, VA 20598-6025 Description: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for support services for the continued operation and management of the TSA Alert service for one year from date of award. Accordingly, TSA intends to award a contract to: CLICKATELL, INCORPORATED 3200 Bridge Parkway, Suite 201, Redwood City, California 94065-1197. This contract will address the requirements of the TSA Office of Information Technology / Systems Innovation Division, specifically with the purpose of providing 24-hour operations and support services for the TSA Alert System in two geographically dispersed locations. This is a Fixed-Price, Level of Effort Contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
