- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,087 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 945 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. Building must not be located within a 100 year flood plain. The Government does not accept subleases. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Jefferson to North Market South: Bay Street/St. Johns River West: Union Bay to West Bay East: N. Liberty Street TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first five (5) years with 60 days written notice. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by December 16, 2009. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
