- Original RFQ. Standard Form 30, amending this solicitation. GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8030-00-779-4699. The SPQ period will be 11/23/2009 (or date of award) to 11/22/2010 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Claues that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on aggregate price, and delivery. This amendment clarifies that award will be made in the aggregate and extends the closing date to December 1, 2009, 2:00 pm CST. PLEASE RETURN THE AMENDMENT WITH YOUR RFQ PACKAGE IF YOU ARE PROVIDING A QUOTE. If you have already provided a quote and do not plan on adjusting your quoted prices, then please return only the amendment form. If this Amendment has an effect on your quoted prices, then please return the Amendment form along with a new completed RFQ package.
