- Description
- Provide and install six bat-friendly gate mine closures at Great West Mine site, located in Mohave County, Arizona. This project is funded from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days from notice to proceed date. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 238990. This project is a Small Business Set-Aside, and is subject to ARRA reporting requirements and Davis-Bacon wage rates. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A prebid site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (Arizona time), Monday, December 14, 2009, at the intersection of Pierce Ferry Road and Gregg's Hideout Road. The project site is approximately 40 miles north of Kingman, Arizona. A prebid site visit is encouraged due to the remoteness of the project site.
