- RECOVERY -- Project No. 323222, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFOMATION PURPOSES ONLY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 6.302-5 (b) (4), AN 8(A) CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR AWARD OF THIS PROCUREMENT. It is the Governments intent to make a sole source award to an 8(a) contractor to Repair and Refurbishment of Four Hydraulic Cylinders at Old River Navigation Lock, Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. Requirement includes (4 hydraulic cylinders) removal and reinstallation of hydraulic cylinders, overhauling hydraulic cylinders (includes basic overhaul work only including disassembly replacement of all seals, inspection of all components, reassembly, new fluids, and operational tests), Shock Absorber Mk177-18, and Transportation of hydraulic cylinders round trip.
