- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Kingston, NY The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,324 rentable square feet in Kingston, New York within the following delineated area: North: Clayton Peg Leg Bates Memorial Highway South: Delaware Avenue to Broadway to Greenkill Avenue to Boulevard to Rockway Lane to Linderman Avenue East: Highway 9W West: NYS Thruway The space should yield a minimum of 3,760 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, cancelable after five (5) years on 60 days prior written notice and should be fully serviced. Parking at the site must be at a minimum city code with additional spaces available within 2 blocks. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 5, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
