- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) - NOTE: Schedule under Special Item (SIN 874-3) Survey Services. This project is to support the development of a National Quitline Data Warehouse which will provide data for the evaluation of the reach and effectiveness of this tobacco cessation intervention program. States will collect data from quitline callers. States will then provide the data to the CDC. The contractor will obtain the expertise and services to provide a wide variety of programming and statistical services including data processing, data analysis, generation of datasets, statistical tables, and reports using state quitline data. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. The solicitation will be issued to selected vendors in accordance with FAR 8.405 ordering procedures. Period of Performance: Twenty-four (24) months from date of award. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Maryann Schlemmer at aaq8@cdc.gov
