- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91278-09-D-0057 [GREAT LAKES DREDGE & DOCK COMPANY, INC] This in scope modification in the amount of $6,213,000.00 was issued to increase the unit price & estimated amount of Bid Item 2 due to changed ocean disposal requirements. Specifically, the unit price of Bid Item 2 is increased to $11.80, the extended price is increased to $15,434,400, and the total contract's value is increased to $30,106,850.
