- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration has a requirement for a Modernization Project for Energy Conservation Measures of the G.R. Ford Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse. Work may include installation of insulation material and venting in soffit overhang, installation of new perimeter radiation control, installation of four (4) new insulated roof access doors, installation of new "Occupany Sensor Controls to Stairwells", and replacement of window sealant and flashing. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS UNDER THE STATEWIDE IDIQ CONTRACT FOR ZONE 3. The following ZONE 3 contractors will be solicitated: Frederick Construction, Inc., 3614 Lake Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048; Mugen Construction, Inc., 4151 27th Street, Dorr, MI 49323; LD DOCSA & Associates, Inc., 1605 King Highway, Kalamazoo, MI 49001. This is not a Request for Proposal. This synopsis is for information only. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220.
