- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) has a requirement for Radiologist Services for the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin in accordance with the specifications in the solicitation. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111, size standard $10.0 million. This is a 100% Small Business set-side. The anticipated period of performance is for the period of one year from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010, with one one-year option to extend at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items or completion of these requirements at the website "Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA)" as found at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic version and hard copy of the solicitation will be available on or about November 23, 2009 with proposals due December 8, 2009.
