- Description
- ISSUE DATE: 12/9/2009. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Dredging at U.S. Coast Station Eaton’s Neck, Northport, NY (Suffolk County). The work includes dredging by mechanical means, sand, gravel and cobbles, from a channel connecting a mooring basin to Huntington harbor and placing the material along a nearby shoreline and incidental related work. The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 12/9/2009. The bid opening date is scheduled for 1/11/2010 at 2:00 p.m. The performance time period is anticipated to be 45 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed not later than 31 March 2010. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19 and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 and the size standard is $18.5 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
