- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0027 is issued as a request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Consona CRM, Inc., for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item number and description is: CLIN 0001 - Quantity 35 each, Consona/KNOVA Self Service software licenses CLIN 0002 – Quantity 1 lite, Support maintenance Award is expected 01 Dec 2009. Period of Performance is Date of Award – 30 Sep 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 27 Nov 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
