- Single award contract for the period January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010, for the Department of Commerce. Specifications cover the production of perfect bound books with wraparound cover. Anticipate approximately 12( monthly) per year, for approximately 2,000 to 5,000 copies per order, with approximately 96 to 450 pages per order. Trim size 8-1/2 x 11". Text prints black and one Pantone color; cover 1, 4 & spine print in 4-color process plus flood coat with a clear, non-yellowing gloss varnish. Operations include electronic prepress, computer-to-plate imaging, printing, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality level II. Bid opening December 14, 2009.
