- Must Comply with Air Transportability Requirements Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PR# FE252092570066 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20080812. NAICS is 332439 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase Brand Name or Equal commercial items manufactured and designed by AAR Mobility., as follows: (1) ISU-90 EO 3-door Container, Desert Tan, Offset Center Divider Panel customized with: QTY Description 1. (2) 10 Drawer 30"W x 79"H x 27 ¾"D cabinets with overhead 2. (1) 9 - Drawer 60"W x 79"H x 27 ¾"D cabinets with overhead 3. (1) 4-drawer 60"W x 44"H x 27 ¾"D cabinet with tank cradles to store five(5) 100 cubic inch tanks 4. (1) Hanging Bar located over the 4-drawer cabinet 2" from ceiling for buoyancy compensators 5. Shipping FOB Destination, Patrick AFB, FL Delivery: 12 weeks After Receipt of Order.
